Our Policies

We are flexible in accommodating our guests, but make sure you get a pre-approval for any deviation to the hotel policies below, do call us if you need to enquire or clarify anything.

Check In/Checkout for hotel guests:

Check in time is 11:00 AM, and check out time is 10:00 AM

We will be always happy to make every effort to personalise our guests’ stays, Late checkout and early check-in requests may be made through the front desk only, and are subject to availability and determination based on hotel occupancy.

Children Policy:

Kids are awesome and we love to have them at the property

Children under the age of 8 are free if using existing bedding. Extra mattress fee applies if required. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed but with restrictions

Pets are allowed but the same must be confirmed from frontdesk before arrival, also, taking care of pets and any damages caused by them is guests responsibility.

Minimum Age:

Primary guest must be 18 years or older to confirm

A valid government issued photo identity card must be presented at the time of check in at the frontdesk for verification and records. As per government regulations PAN card is not a valid document for check-in to Hotels in India, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Government Taxes:

We are GST registered and can provide input credit on your bookings 🙂

Bookings made via online travel portal includes all taxes, any rate or booking provided over phone and email is without taxes and NET rates including GST must be confirmed by the guest.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy :

This policy defines how we handle cancellations at the Hotel on advance bookings:

– Prevailing cancellation policy of any “Hotel Authorised” OTA like GoIbibo, MakeMyTrip, Booking.Com, OYO etc. will be applicable when booked through them. If you are booking through a third-party travel agent or directly with Hotel the following policy will be applicable.

– If cancellation/amendment is made 15 days prior to the arrival date, no fee will be charged.

– If cancellation/amendment is made 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of fee will be charged.

– If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged.

– In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.

– Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package Rates are Non-changeable & Non-refundable

Illegal Activity:

We strictly do not allow any sort of illegal activity in our premises...

Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice or refund if we are notified of any illegal activities like Gambling or Drugs at hotel premises by the guest.

Complaints or Comments:

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding your experience at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.
